·         Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management

·         2 (two) years experience in a similar position in a 4/5* Hotel

·         Proven Leadership skills

·         Good communication skills both verbal and written

·         Must be able to speak, read and write in English

·         Familiar with hotel computer systems

·         Ability to respond efficiently to several demanding situations

·         Ability to cope with a variety of tasks and situations in an efficient
