U Paasha Seminyak, a 4 star hotel brand with a unique concept that blends Seminyak lifestyle local design, theequipment, service and modern facilities. We are looking for bright individual to become part of our team:

1. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
2. CHIEF ENGINEERING

Qualifications for position no.1:

• Graduated with Bachelor Degree of Economy/Finance/Accounting
• Has 2 years professional experiences in Finance and Accounting
• Communicates well in English
• Capable in using hotel system
• Domicile in Bali

Qualifications for position no.2:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Experience as Chief Engineer / Assistant Chief Engineer in 5 star hotels
• Strong in technical and maintenance
• Familiar with budgeting and planning
• Great personality and positive attitude
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Energetic, hands-on, motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities for position no.1 :

• Organize and lead a team
• Supervise all revenue, expenses and hotel inventories
• Maintain the hotel’s accounts and ensure the administrative management of the personnel
• Responsible in internal control and external expenditure are recorded and handled properly
• Keep internal and external regulation and relevant authority

Responsibilities for position no.2:

• Devises plans for each phase of the project
• Identifies and procures the resources needed
• Performs quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system or product
• Evaluates the costs within a specific time frame.
• Supervises the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product
• Negotiates with team members to generate ideas and clarify specifications
• Delegates tasks as necessary to engineering team
