We are looking for suitable motivated candidates to be based in our Batam plant for the position of:
MAINTENANCE FOREMAN
Qualifications:
Min Diploma in Electric/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering
Min 2 years experiences in maintaining CNC with Fanuc Control and Good understanding of Electric circuits, analyze and troubleshoot
Good understanding of Hydraulic and mechanical system
Good understanding of preventive maintenance system
English literate with basic computer skill (MS. Excel and MS Word)
Have good leadership and able to work under pressure
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
Min Diploma in Electric/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering
Preferable with experience
English literate with basic computer skill (MS. Excel and MS Word)

Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the Electrical, Mechanical and Utility Maintenance team including motivation, coaching and development
- This individual troubleshoots maintenance problems take corrective action, provide coverage for the process
Requirements
- S1 Technical (electrical and/or mechanical) qualification from reputable university
- At least having 5 years technical (electrical and/or mechanical) maintenance experience in a leadership/supervisory role working within a manufacturing environment.
- Oral and written fluently in English, strong leadership and organized, communication skill, good motivator , fast working and working under pressure
