Lowongan Maintenance Manager PT Tech Pack Asia - We are a worldwide supplier for tubes and cosmetics plastic packaging product with sites throughout Asia, Europe and America, supported by a vast network of industrial and commercial partners in Indonesia, we have  three manufacturing plants in Semarang and Surabaya, we have an  immediate requirement for a: 

Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the Electrical, Mechanical and Utility Maintenance team including motivation, coaching and development
  • This individual troubleshoots maintenance problems take corrective action, provide coverage for the process

Requirements

  • S1 Technical (electrical and/or mechanical) qualification from reputable university
  • At least having 5 years technical (electrical and/or mechanical) maintenance experience in a leadership/supervisory role working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Oral and written fluently in English, strong  leadership and organized, communication skill, good motivator , fast working and working under pressure
